About the Publication:
The fourth issue of MASKS Literary Magazine is a recipient of Columbia's 2023 Weisman Award. Columbia editors and contributors in this issue include Madeline McConico, Bernie Groves, Des Salazar, CJ Okafor, Trevor Lisa, and Noah Zanella. This is in addition to an international pool of contributors from Canada, India, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Nigeria, the UK, and the US.
The Featured Artist of this issue is surrealist photographer Natalie Arriola; other spotlighted artists include New Orleans painter and carpenter Wade L. Griffin, and Meesha Goldberg and her "Daughterland" series about the Korean diaspora.

MASKS Literary Magazine is a Weisman Award-winning, independent, print and online literary magazine committed to amplifying the voices of emerging writers and visual artists. We're eager to serve as a gateway for emerging creatives and publish new perspectives. As such, we've pledged to increase representation of the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, disabled, multilingual, and other marginalized and underrepresented communities. MASKS Literary Magazine provides a space for individual artistic development with the larger goal of fostering literary thinking in our culture through our publication.
