For the 11th Annual Holiday Market, ShopColumbia, Columbia College Chicago’s art boutique is hosting a month-long showcase of one-of-a-kind items designed and created by Columbia artists. The Market will feature over 150 student, alumni, faculty and staff artists selling fine art, photography, paintings, clothing, fashion accessories, stationery, music, zines and more! Most items featured are sold exclusively at ShopColumbia and will not be found at other stores or boutiques.
 
#ShopSnowballFight2019
In conjunction with the Holiday Market, ShopColumbia is hosting a campus-wide snowball fight (or is it a party?) One hundred (100) #ShopSnowballFight2019 Snowballs will be hidden around Columbia’s campus and South Loop neighborhood. Lucky contestants who find a #ShopSnowballFight2019 snowball can redeem the snowball at ShopColumbia for a prize.

Thursday, December 12 | 4-7pm
ShopColumbia invites the campus community to a holiday market reception and snowball party. Party-goers can search for 1 of 3 #ShopSnowballParty2019 snowballs hidden in the store to win a $25 ShopColumbia gift certificate. Seasonal treats and beverages will be served.
 
Holiday Promotions
ShopColumbia will be featuring daily promotions including movie marathons on Mondays to get in the holiday spirit; gift-wrap and bow-making station all month-long and extended store hours for early morning, evening and Saturday shopping.
 
Affordable Gift Options
Customers will find affordable gift options of all price points with stocking stuffers starting at $1.00. The majority of items are priced between $20-$50.

ShopColumbia is a year-round boutique located in the heart of Columbia’s South Loop Campus. In addition to selling the best of what Columbia College artists make, ShopColumbia is a learning laboratory for emerging artists. ShopColumbia supports students by providing a professional environment to hone the process of presenting, marketing, and selling work to the public. Students earn 75% from sales and Faculty, Staff and Alumni earn 50%. Since ShopColumbia opened fall of 2008, ShopColumbia artists have earned over $350,000 from the sale of their work.
