Artist Statement: Dahlia currently attends Columbia College Chicago as an Illustration major. Her love for the charmingly cute things in life shows in her work. The love for creating images and stories for children and adults to gaze over is a goal for her pieces. Growing up loving Disney movies inspired Dahlia in creating lovely characters and environments. Dahlia's main goal is to create a story through vibrant colors and detailed imagery that takes you away from the real world for a moment, and lets your imagination take over.
