Occasionally, there may be items in your order that are out-of-stock when purchased. In such a case, ShopColumbia will notify the customer with a choice of refund or alternate product.
ShopColumbia is slowly expanding their international shipping. Currently, shipping has expanded to all of the countries that represent current Columbia students. If you do not see your country and would like to purchase an item online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and staff will work with you to make it possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ShopColumbia is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if UPS can verify the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.

The use of information collected on the site is for the benefit of making shopping at shop.colum.edu as simple as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. ShopColumbia may use collected contact information, email address or telephone number, to communicate with a customer when necessary to process your order. For example, ShopColumbia may respond to a request or inquiry, provide customer service, notify customer if an item is out-of-stock or if current inventory differs significantly from the inventory posted online. ShopColumbia will also provide the customer confirmation of receiving the order, fulfillment of shipping and tracking information.
ShopColumbia also elects to send promotional emails regarding online or in-store events and promotions. Customers are able to opt out of future email announcements at any time. ShopColumbia may aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information for educational case studies but these statistics will not include personally identifying information. ShopColumbia may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with local, state or federal law.
ShopColumbia attempts to make all text and images to be as accurate as possible. However, ShopColumbia does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site without error. Slight variations in color and dimensions may occur depending on the computer equipment used by the customer. If a customer orders a product and it arrives not as described, the customer can contact shop.colum.edu either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
