Artist Statement: Gillian "Finch" Naradowski is a mixed-media artist with an emphasis on printmaking. Using a combination of drawn and printed images, she conveys a quiet stillness that draws in the audience, allowing them to stand still in the spaces she creates. Naradowski is inspired by her childhood in the Appalachian Mountain region, and the many homes she has lived in. Using mountain landscapes and delicate line work, she reflects on these spaces, evaluating the meaning of “home.”
