Artist Statement
I create nature inspired illustrations using colored pencils, watercolor, and ink. I use comics and surreal imagery to tell stories and capture moments in time.

What are you most proud of during your career at Columbia?
I'm most proud of the way my artwork has evolved over my 4 years at Columbia. In my senior year, I feel that I've finally found a style that works for me and I've realized how much I love making comics.
Garfield Park Conservatory, watercolor and micron pen
How has selling with ShopColumbia added to your Columbia experience?
ShopColumbia has helped me so much with the business side of being a working artist. They're a great resource for students who are just starting out, and they provide a lot of unique opportunities you wouldn't get at another art school. If you're a student and you make stuff, you should definitely sell your merch with ShopColumbia and apply to all their exhibitions.

What's next for you after graduation?
I'm planning on growing my freelance business, setting up an online store, and revamping my website & branding.
