Artist Statement:Hi! I’m Grecia and I am an illustration major I grew up in the south side of Chicago but currently reside in Joliet. My main focus is to create more editorial/ publication/ advertising based illustration but I also enjoy doing concept art and creating work with traditional mediums such as charcoals and oil paint. What primarily inspires me is my culture, I am Mexican American, as there is always something that inspires me whether it be colors, customs, or mythology.
